AI overview
What the in-workspace AI assistant can draft and how review works.
The AI assistant lives inside your event workspace. It is not a separate chatbot product. It drafts real EventOS objects (tickets, forms, lineup pieces, campaigns) for this event, and you decide what to apply.
What beginners should know
- AI suggests; it does not silently publish without review
- Prompts work best when they are specific (prices, capacity, dates)
- You can still do everything manually. AI is optional acceleration
What it can help with
Tickets & pricing
Suggest ticket types, prices, and capacity starting points.
Forms
Draft registration or feedback forms from a short brief.
Lineup
Speakers, agenda blocks, and sponsor placeholders.
Outreach
Email campaign subjects and body drafts.
Go-live
Checklists before opening registration.
Summaries
Overviews of registrations and configuration.
How it fits the product
Prompts run in the context of the event you have open. Drafts target real objects so you apply them into Tickets, Forms, or Marketing instead of copy-pasting into another tool.
Safety
When to use AI vs do it yourself
| Use AI when… | Do it manually when… |
|---|---|
| You want a fast first draft | Prices/legal copy must be exact |
| You are exploring structure | You are making a tiny one-field edit |
| You are new and need examples | Compliance requires human-written text |
